  Our door was out of kilter resulting in it closing higher each cycle when a loud snap accompanied the movement. We called and Ricky came that afternoon. He knew the cause right away, made the necessary repair and maintenance and- problem solved in 10 minutes. Experience matters! And, Ricky is a wonderful person in addition to a great technician.

  Excellent, Excellent  service from the initial  phone call ( the receptionist  was very courteous  and professional ! ) to actual service call ( the technician  was also very courteous  and professional,  he actually shook my hand at the beginning of the call and again at the end of the call ! ) .The cost of my repair was very reasonable also ! I would definitely recommend  Overhead Door of Greenville to all my friends  and relatives  !
